New baby and dog is growling at her
My daughter just started walking and it seems to be freaking out my boxer dog. He has started growling at her, and I am afraid that he might actually bite her. At the point where I cant trust my anymore, but don't want to give him. If I cant change his behavior, I will have no choice.

Hiii... I will suggest you that you should find a new home for your dog. Preferably one with out children. He is a one person kind of dog and your daughter seems to be the one person. So it will be best all around to fine your dog a new place to live. You can always get a new puppy which would be best so as to allow them all to be raised together. Its better to be safe than sorry. Until you have found a new home for your dog I suggest you keep the dog in a kennel till then. This will keep your baby safe from him so he doesn't bite her. Keep them away from each other and don't trust the dog at all.
Compoundia suggestion is good, but for us here it would be too lousy reason. If I were you, I would start with asking for a dog trainer personally for actual tips how to train your dog get along with the family, especially with children/toddlers around. There are few pet gates that could separate the space between your dog and the child. And most of all, you need constant supervision and consistent training.
