My dog named Maisy was a boxer and she had something wrong with her from that dog food poisonig. She was one of the best dogs you could get. My mom was attached to her and before she was dead we took her to the vet to see what was wrong with her and the vet said that it was the poisoning they thought. My mom still has her ashes to this very day. :(

Loosing a dog never seems like an easy thing for an owner to go through.  Sir William, my boy, is only 3 years old.  Its my very first dog and I love him very much.  I do remember while growing up and loosing our family dog.  He was a yellow labrador, Hershey, and was loved very much.  When he passed, my parents baried him in the woods.  It was a very sad day and everyone was devistated.

I remember my Mom saying Hershey was her best friend and knew all of her secrets, and was a great listener.  I asked her how she got over it, and she explained that remembering the good times always made her smile and cry.  To this day Hershey lives on in her heart, as I am sure is the same as your dog.  Hopefully there is a doggy heaven and you will one day be back together.  Until then, I am sorry about your loss.

I am sorry about your pet loss!:( Things like this is something that you can never let go of. But remember there always going to be in your heart. They'll try to protect you till the day you will die. But when you die you will remember that your dog/dogs are going to be up there with you. And yes I hope there's a doggie heaven too.

That so very true. When a Pet passes on they are gone from this earth but never from our hearts. i dont know if there is a doggy heaven but why wouldnt God prepare a special place for those that have served us humans so faithfully. With all my heart I believe he has
