Jennifer,

I hate to say this, but your dog is not doing well and needs to be taken to the vet for medical treatment. I know its a very hard situation to be in, but getting your dog to the vet is going to make things a lot better for you and your dog.

Transporting your dog is the first challenge. In order to move her, get a towel or sheet. Slip it under your dog, and use it as a stretcher to lift your dog and carry her to the car. Once she is in the car, try and sit with your dog and make her feel as comfortable as possible.

Make sure you call your vet first and let them know you are on your way. I am so sorry to hear about your dog. Best of luck.
