My cat has a throw up problem.  Not hairballs.  Liquid and food.  I'm getting quite tired of cleaning this up and I am considering getting rid of the cat.  This occurs maybe once a month.

Short of that, what could be causing this ?

Male 2 year old cat.

I had this problem with my female cat. We took her to the vet and he said it was from changing her food to suddenly or was allergic to it. He told me to put her on a diet that was formulated for sensitive stomach. We switched her and haven't had a problem, that was about a year ago.
