Its really sad to hear that your daughter's cat is causing so many problems. Why don’t you just take the cat to the local shelter and give it up for adoption?

If it’s a no kill shelter then the cat will have a nice life and possibly get adopted. If it’s a different type of shelter, they will properly euthanize the animal. Please don’t try and do this at home, I actually think its illegal and your daughter could have bigger problems if she is caught.

I agree w/Chipperdogs...doing it at home IS against the law! If you take it to the SPCA & give the animal up they will either find what's causing the behavior or euthanize the cat humanely. Your area may even have a pound that you can call to come get the kitty. They don't charge to pick up wild animal or strays. Just tell them it's wild & your daughter is afraid for her children because it's acting wild. There should be no problem I can see as to why they wouldn't pick the cat up. You don't know, the cat could have some type of disease it was born with? Look in the yellow pages, or the front of the phone book where your town's services are, like a pound...and you should find who you need. Good luck!So sorry it worked out badly, but remember cats are usually wonderful, loving animals.
