About the Founders - PetWave Inc.

Brad Olsen

Brad Olsen began his professional career in sales after graduating from Dickinson College with a B.A. in International Business and Management. Starting off as an account executive for Clear Channel Broadcasting, Brad developed the ability to build strong relationships, expose opportunities, and close new business. After proving himself at the ground level, Brad’s sales skills served him well when he joined Aero Logistics in 2005. Subsequently, he was quickly promoted to sales manager and given the task to create and build a team of his own in Phoenix, AZ.

From his experiences, Brad developed the necessary skill set for what is required to build a successful business. Always wanting to tap into his entrepreneurial dream of starting his own business, Brad found his true calling when he recognized a definitive online pet health resource did not exist. Through combining his deep care for animals with his understanding of operating a successful business, Brad began moving forward with creating PetWave.com.

Nick Solaro

Nick Solaro loves helping to build successful organizations and brings to PetWave a solid background of working with both emerging and established technology companies.

Prior to PetWave, Nick was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities at Technology Crossover Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Working with portfolio companies in the internet space, such as WhitePages.com and eBags.com, as well as offline technology companies, Nick assisted with strategy, business development, and financial planning.

As an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs, Nick worked on a team covering large enterprise technology companies including IBM, Hewlett Packard, and EMC. He established investment theses based on in-depth company analysis combined with a thorough understanding of the effects of macro trends on technology as a whole.

Nick’s business and technology experience has helped PetWave build a strong platform that is positioned to grow and meet users’ demands and interests.

Nick holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University.
